Introduction to Project Portfolio Management Course Description

Associated Certification: You will earn 14 Professional Development Units ( PDUs ) toward the requirement of 60 Project Management Professional (PMP®) Certification PDUs every 3 years.

Course Description: You will apply generally recognized practices of portfolio management acknowledged by the PMI® and identify the portfolio management processes and knowledge areas to manage portfolios effectively.
