This PMP® course along with the complimentary pre-course and post-course courseware prepares you to take the PMP exam. This course provides you with the tools to: better align your work with the strategic objectives of the organization; scope, schedule and budget your work; deliver on schedule and budget with the expected quality; identify, analyze, address, manage, and monitor risks; and close the project.

Project Management Professional (PMP)® or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)®
The exam is 4 hours 200 questions. The exam requirements are: 35 contact hours of formal education (provide by this course) plus:
1) Education: Four-year degree (bachelor’s degree or global equivalent) and Work Experience: Minimum three years/36 months unique non-overlapping professional project management experience during which at least 4,500 hours were spent leading and directing the project.
or
2) Education: Secondary degree (high school diploma, associate’s degree or global equivalent); and Work Experience: Minimum five years/60 months unique non-overlapping professional project management experience during which at least 7,500 hours were spent leading and directing the project.
You will learn to Initiate, Plan, Execute, Monitor, Control and Close a project. You will learn the 49 processes needed to perform Scope Management, Schedule Management, Cost Management, Quality Management, Resource Management, Communication Management, Risk Management, Procurement Management, Stakeholder Management.
35 contact hours required to apply for the PMP or CAPM exams.
