Take your PMP® Certification Preparation Training Course at our West Orange New Jersey facility or Online from anywhere in the US or abroad! This PMP® Boot Camp along with the complimentary pre-course and post-course courseware prepares you to take the PMP exam. This course provides you with the tools to: better align your work with the strategic objectives of the organization; scope, schedule and budget your work; deliver on schedule and budget with the expected quality; identify, analyze, address, manage, and monitor risks; and close the project.

2. What is the associated certification?

Project Management Professional (PMP)® or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)®

3. What are the exam details?

The exam is 230 minutes 280 questions. The exam requirements are: 35 contact hours of formal education (provide by this course) plus:
1) Education: Four-year degree (bachelor’s degree or global equivalent) and Work Experience: Minimum three years/36 months unique non-overlapping professional project management experience during which at least 4,500 hours were spent leading and directing the project.

2) Education: Secondary degree (high school diploma, associate’s degree or global equivalent); and Work Experience: Minimum five years/60 months unique non-overlapping professional project management experience during which at least 7,500 hours were spent leading and directing the project.
