PMI-ACP® (Agile Certified Practitioner) Certification Preparation (3 Days)

This 3 day course is organized in a proprietary flow with a teaching and learning methodology that facilitates readiness to pass the PMI-ACP Certification exam on the first attempt and the ability to apply agile principles to real situations. The course will enable the student to acquire an agile professional mindset with knowledge of multiple agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP (eXtreme Programming), and TDD (Test Driven Development).

The course is mapped to all the PMI domains in the exam, including Agile Principles and Mindset, Value-Driven Delivery, Stakeholder Engagement, Team Performance, Adaptive Planning, Problem Detection and Resolution, and Continuous Improvement. This course is aligned to the updated PMI- ACP exam and the Agile Practice Guide.  This course is designed for those planning to take the PMI-ACP Certification exam as well as those interested in learning more about Agile project management. Agile is ideal for projects in which the requirements are continuously changing and you need a more adaptive proactive project management approach.  This course is instructor-led and can be taken in person and / or virtually.
