1. Who will benefit?

Professional at all levels will benefit from this training including anyone who manages: budgets, communications, deliverables, departments, initiatives, legal cases, people, processes, procurements, programs, projects, quality, risks, schedules, scopes, stakeholders, teams or vendors.

2. What is the associated certification?

Project Management Professional (PMP)® or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)®

3. What are the exam details?

35 contact hours of formal education (provide by this course) plus:

1) Education: Four-year degree (bachelor’s degree or global equivalent) and Work Experience: Minimum three years/36 months unique non-overlapping professional project management experience during which at least 4,500 hours were spent leading and directing the project.

2) Education: Secondary degree (high school diploma, associate’s degree or global equivalent); and Work Experience: Minimum five years/60 months unique non-overlapping professional project management experience during which at least 7,500 hours were spent leading and directing the project.
