Sharon Bussey is a dynamic Agile Transformation Leader, Release Train Engineer, and Lead Instructor at BTII Institute. BTII’s clients include Federal, State and Local Government Agencies; Healthcare Organizations; Consumer Goods companies. Sharon has more than 20 years of leadership experience as a change agent. She has an MBA in Marketing and Operations from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and MS in Computer Science from Pace University. Prior to BTII, Sharon was the Director and Lead – Business Technology & Organizational Process Alignment at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals where she led large global portfolios with teams of 100+ senior managers, managers, technology professionals and other staff to deliver continuous value. Prior to Pfizer, Sharon was a Senior Management Consultant at Deloitte Consulting where she led large Healthcare and Government initiatives in their Healthcare and Government practices. Sharon also led large technology projects for New York City government.
